Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: We offer $8 flat rate Domestic Shipping 

All orders $75+ ship for FREE!

Local Pickup

If you are local, local pickup is an option to skip the shipping fees! If you would like to pick up locally please message us and we will send you a code to avoid shipping costs. 

Pickup will be in rural Bertha, MN unless other arrangements have been discussed.

We will let you know when your order is ready for pickup!

International Shipping

 Currently we do not ship Internationally 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at gravelroadmercantile@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
